On behalf of the Lake Summerfield Home Owners Association, we want to welcome you to the neighborhood! We are glad to have you as a member of our community. We are confident that you will find this neighborhood a great place to live.

Every homeowner plays a vital role in making our community a beautiful and safe place to live. We have created this website for our residents that answers some of the questions you may have. You are encouraged to go to browse the new website and read our HOA covenants, calendar of events, schedules of meetings, and classifieds.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you as a part of our community. Homeowners may join our community website by clicking on register in the top right corner of this page.   Registering will add you to our email list which is used to send out information that the HOA Board communicates to all of the homeowners. Member’s email addresses are only used for HOA-related communications and will not be made public to anyone outside of the HOA board members.  You may also email the Board at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
